How do I book?
Booking is quick and easy through our website!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX for payment. Sorry, we do not accept cash.
Is there a rental bond?
Yes, a rental bond of $100 or 30% (whichever is higher) is required for all bookings and must be paid with a debit or credit card.
What does the rental bond cover?
The rental bond only covers fees for late return, cleaning, or liquid detection label activation. It does not cover lost or damaged equipment.
Will I get my rental bond back?
If you return the booking on time and in the same condition, you’ll get your bond back. 99% of our customers receive their bond back in full.
How does courier delivery/collection work?
- Book online and receive a confirmation email with delivery dates.
- Have someone present at the premises during delivery.
- After your event, pack equipment neatly as it was when delivered and keep access clear for easy collection.
Do you deliver to my area?
Check if we deliver to your area by adding a product to the cart and entering your delivery address. If not, contact us for a quote.
When will my equipment be delivered/collected?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery/collection dates. There are no extra charges for early or late schedules.
What time will courier delivery occur?
Deliveries and collections occur between 7am-5pm.
Do I need to be present for courier delivery/collection?
Yes, either the person who placed the booking or an authorized representative must be present onsite.
What if I’m not around for courier delivery/collection?
Someone must be present at the premises for delivery/collection. If not, re-delivery fees may apply or you may need to pick up from our warehouse.
Is there a fee for late return?
Yes, fees apply for late return and an overnight hire rate will be charged for each day the booking is not returned.
